How to change your perceptions of, and your reactions to, your personal issues. Spiritual therapy gives you the tools to use to lead a healthy, happy life.

There are only two emotions -- Love and Fear.

All of our actions, reactions and choices come from either love or fear. Love is the choice that is unconditional, without judgment, and brings you peace and joy. Fear is the selfish, judgmental choice that leaves you empty.


We don't go through life alone. We have family, friends and acquaintances that affect our lives, and whose lives we affect. We are all on a Spiritual Journey that spans over decades and lifetimes and we are in need of spiritual guidance to light our path. We all have that influence inside us, but with the busy loud world we live in many of us often don't hear that low, loving voice that speaks from within.


To be Healthy, Happy and Abundant is our inherent right. Many of us lose sight of this in our competitive world, which has been teaching us to focus on the negative. With the general influence of the mass media, the news, movies, books we read and the examples of frustration and disappointment that we display to one another in forms of abuse it's no wonder a good majority of people often feel depressed and defeated. We've been taught to teach with punishment and anger. We've been taught the solution to disagreement is war.


The good news is these are all choices we make. We can change our perception from fear to love at any given moment. You can make the choice to change your perception, act, react and experience things differently. You have not created a negative world on your own. You would not be able to see a positive world on your own. You need to be taught to love. You need to be reminded that compassion, tolerance and love is who you really are. A change in perception will bring about a change in your life and a change in our world.
